Plasterboard, cement render, AAC panels, concrete and fibre cement interior or undercover surfaces. Recommended for Defect hiding on ceilings.

Technical

Colour Range	Available in white and colours tintable from white.
Drying Time	4 Hours. Note: This may be lengthened in damp, cold or humid conditions. Do not apply at temperatures below 10°C

Surface Preparation

New cement render, masonry and concrete surfaces
New cement render, masonry and concrete surfaces should be allowed to cure for 28 days. Off form concrete should be thoroughly cleaned by acid etching, water or sand blasting to ensure all bond breaker oils are removed. All surfaces should be primed with Armawall Primer (thinned 50-100% with water) prior to the application of Armawall Interior Flat. Seal tilt slab concrete with Armawall Sealer/ Bonder to ensure adhesion of topcoats.

Previously painted surfaces – in sound condition
Previously painted surfaces in sound condition should be scrubbed down with detergent and fresh water, fresh water washed and allowed to dry. Surface irregularities such as blow holes and profile defects may require patching with Armawall Filler or Patch prior to system application.

Application

Armawall Interior Flat is normally applied by airless spray to achieve the high build required. To obtain the desired level of texture, the wet coat is laid off with the appropriate texture roller. The product may also be applied directly as a two coat system.

Cleanup
Water, away from drains and watercourses.

Stirring
Stir Armawall Interior Flat prior to use.

Temperature
Avoid application when temperature is below 10°C and above 35°C.
