Account Setup & Access

1. How do I create an account on the Taubmans Trade app?

In order to use the Taubmans Trade app, you must have a PPG Trade Account. To set up a trade account please contact us on 131 686. Once you have a PPG trade account, simply download the Taubmans Trade app from the App Store or Google Play, then login using the email address you registered with your PPG account.

2. Can I link my existing PPG Trade Account to the app?

Yes. When you log in for the first time, use the email address you used when you set up you PPG trade account. This will automatically sync your trade pricing, account balance, and purchase history.

Ordering & Payments

3. How do I place an order for paint or accessories through the app?

Browse the product catalogue, select the items you need, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, choose delivery or pickup, confirm your preferred store, and place your order securely in just a few taps. You can add your purchase to your credit account, if applicable, or pay at checkout.

4. Can I check product availability or stock levels at my preferred Taubmans trade stockist?

No. At this stage the app does not allow you to check stock levels. If you would like to confirm stock, please contact your chosen store. Store contact details can be found in the app.

5. How do I view my trade pricing and discounts in the app?

When logged in with your linked trade account, your exclusive trade pricing will appear automatically for all eligible products.

6. What payment methods are available when ordering through the app?

You can pay using your PPG Trade Account, credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Payment options may vary depending on your linked account.

Orders & Tracking

7. Can I track my order or view my order history?

Absolutely. Go to Account and then Orders in the app to check your order status, view delivery updates, or review previous purchases — all in one place.

8. Can I create and save favourite products or recurring orders?

Yes. You can save favourite items, create custom order lists, or re-order past purchases with to make future jobs faster and easier.

Promotions & Support

9. How do I redeem trade promotions or loyalty offers through the app?

Promotions and loyalty offers appear automatically when you’re logged in. Simply follow the on-screen prompts or apply available rewards at checkout.

10. Who can I contact if I experience issues with the app or my order?

11. How do I reset my password?

The app/website does not use a password. You will receive a 6 digit code when you enter your email address at the login screen.
